With slightly more than 1,000 stores, Hibbett Sports isn’t exactly a mom-and-pop retailer. But they are also not a behemoth. Building upon the previous year’s success in digital, we turned our attention towards brand building to endear them to their Gen Z base and gain new customers.
The results? A record year in the form of double-digit store growth, an improved in-store experience, higher brand engagement and the attraction and retention of new customers.
